Abduallev Gamboa Linares Jo Jo Diaz Kambosos 2x Lomachenko Wow, no wonder so many other young boxers are hating. He's already nearing p4p material.
Really? P4P is garbage and means nothing. Never has. People had Loma rock solid #1 P4P for years then Lopez slapped him. People had Ginger boy Canelo #1 P4P then Bivol slap him. People had Wlad P4P#1 then Fury slapped him. Crawfish P4P#1 but fights NOBODY bum dosser retired. Usyk is now supposedly right up tjere but again Fury will enact another slap to let people KNOW the real G's don't do P4P lists they do knocking mothersuckers out getting paid and getting laid. P4P seems more of a curse than a blessing. It's a list for future failures. It's a load of tosh not to be aspired to or bragged about. Crawford & Canelo embarrassed themselves over the last number of years trying to "claim" it. Pair of toss pots.
- Abdullaev - average - Gamboa - old and faded - Linares - old and recently stopped by Cesar Cano - Diaz - has only 1 win at lightweight against Javier Fortuna who Ryan Garcia in 6 rounds. - Kambosos - his best wins but Kambosos was never top level and got lucky with Lopez not being in the right frame of mind and Lopez's father being a POS. I wouldn't be surprised if Maxi Hughes beats Kambosos next. - Lomachenko - apparently a controversial win even Bob Arum seems to think so.
Loma had no business fighting Lopez, Haney & the roughhousing mexican ball puncher? Canelo had no buisness fighting anyone other than a washed up brit? His only good win is rematch GGG. Kovalev fight shouldn't have been sanctioned.
He has a very good career, but always at the same weight and being the bigger boy in the ring. He lacks something (he lacks power at least). The very moment he goes up in weight he will be starched. Specially if he doesnt choose wisely his oponents in those bigger weights.
Nothing wrong daring to be great but you shouldn't be punished in losing to an over matched opponent.
He lacks inside game, ring IQ and maybe defense. He got hit with the same left from Loma all night, he was also pressed back (not walked back) by the smaller fighter too! So besides power, he isn't physically strong and doesn't can't even use the size advantage he has (for now). Seems like once a fighter figures Haney out, he has no plan B
Firstly, he didn't beat Loma. If we were to be extremely generous, Haney got a draw against a much smaller old guy, which he also stacked the deck against. Secondly, He has yet to fight someone his own size. Haney has a history of getting rocked by smaller fighters. Can you imagine what would happen if fought in his weight class at welterweight? Straight up KO victim
