A usual weak sauce Furyette justification. Want to stay active? Then make it an exhibition with no belt on the line. Champions in the past who took themselves and their title seriously did that. But oh no, this "massive, massive fight" will be an official title defence. What a legacy - title defences against Chisora and McKean. I remember exactly how you, the Fury vassals laughed the hardest when the rumour of a third Chisora fight first started to circle. It was brilliant trolling from Fury, obviously just a joke and whoever believed was played by the master troll Fury, lololol. Until it became reality and you lot changed the narrative about how and why a Chisora title challenge was legit after all - not ideal, boring, meh, but legit. Same sh*t, different day.
That's what we all thought about the Chisora 3 fight at first. Never underestimate how low Fury is willing to stoop.
I didn’t watch the Chisora fight live and I’m not watching the McKean fight either. If Fury and Usyk are on the road for a winter showdown for a megaprice no chances will be taken. Usyk - Wilder is a no go as well.
Yet, you still justified it by stating it was “understandable” straight away. You thought fighting an official title fight against a guy who is ranked lower than Charr was “understandable”. No objections from your part. No mentioning that Fury could just stay active without making it a tile fight. This is why your enabling attitude is the problem. It’s this type of enabling that allows Fury to get away with murder time and again. It doesn’t matter if you won’t watch the fight. You enable him to fight bullsh*t fights by deeming them “understandable”, instead of calling him out. Make no mistake, the fans’ reactions absolutely shape the landscape in boxing. Fighters and promoters will always pull this type of sh*t if fans keep deeming it “understandable”.
To understand something is not the same as justifying something. You seem pretty wound up about all this ) Personally I only want to see Fury fight Usyk. The AJ fight is only interesting if he starts believing in himself again. Actually the second best Fury fight to me is Wilder 4. You can beat that man senseless and he still keeps on coming back for more.
Lol. Are you seriously trying to talk your wait out such weak sauce stuff? You have no problem with Fury fighting a nobody as an official title defence. You might not watch it, but are absolutely okay with it. That’s it, all the other stuff you spited are just hogwash.
Whyte, Chisora 3 and now Dempsey. "Tyson Fury “I’m a fighting man, a fighting man with generations of fighting men before me in my family."
Been a boxing fan for over 50 years and in all those years Fury has to be the biggest disappointment to me ever.Has the potential or should i say had to be great but the man is like his dad, all talk no action
