Overrated: Crawford. He's on P4P lists in the top 5 and still doesn't have an elite win well into his 30s. Good fighter to get to this level but his resume really does stink.

Underrated: Usyk. He's a problem for any HW in history IMO. He still doesn't get rated as such.

Lennox basically stood in front of him and there was nothing Vitali could do about it. Both Klits never had game big men in front of them or when they did had issues.

Has to be Fury. Weak resume, frequent retirements & inactivity, ped implications, pointless trilogies, rematches people really wanted from him never happened, in a decade time span couldn't get a match with countryman champ AJ, beat a past prime champ for his claim to glory & greatness. But, you have him in threads here where people say he damn near beats anyone in history because of his special attributes. He hasn't even got the top fighters in his era in the ring yet and put a solid run without mentally crumbling & looking to retire or complain about something on social media.

If you even compare his resume to other greats like Holyfield who fought monsters and into his 50's, it's a joke and **** poor. The kind of gauntlet 90's champs had to run through makes Fury look like a spoiled, whiny, inactive brat pissant in comparison.

Because the vast majority of his resume is journeymen... His best win was an old Ortiz who himself has a paper thin resume (the highlight of which is beating a disinterested Jennings, who himself can only claim to having made a few rounds moderately difficult for Wlad on the absolute best performance of his career)... Add to that how he was clowned to a highly dubious draw (in Wilders favour) by a rusty Fury.

This all makes for a moderately mediocre champion with a long protected run... Which is fine, except when people make out that he's up there with the best of his era.

Then you consider that his era was relatively weak and he still ran from fighters widely regarded as average (even by his fans) in Joshua, Povetkin and Whyte.

Put it all together and you have a pretty mediocre resume... Yet start talking H2H's and he's up there "bcuz bombzzz".

Definitely hugely overrated - albeit showed some real heart during his official losses to Fury.

    - constantly retiring/vacations to avoid fights or when the division is hot.
    - fighting Pac 5 years too late
    - draining Canelo
    - having refs on his side in fights
    - having Usada help him
    - Maidana with the gloves
    - IV gate while being a anti sterroid crusador
    - not giving rematches to Oscar and Pac
    - not making weight for Marquez

And just a lot of never fighting the guy you want him to fight at that time. Its extremely carefull selected matchmaking to protect his zero and keep the moneytrain going since people paid to see him lose, he wasnt exciting outside of boxing fans.

Therefore I wish Castillo got the decision a d we would have seen a braver, no f's about 0's and losing Floyd Mayweather. Even if he then was say 47-3 or something he would have been much greater imo. Would have been better for boxers as well since it wouldnt be all about undefeated.
But he got rich like he wanted so it was the right choice for him personally of course.
