Ryan’s team already came out and said they haven’t and don’t plan on meeting with Oscar. Oscar is just creating buzz at this point. If you ask me I can see Ryan’s team trying to push to end his contract and work with the PBC whom his lawyer and advisor Lupe Valencia is already close to.

He was desperate for the Pacquiao fight last year, so kinda strange that he's dismissing it now especially since it would be a blockbuster and incredible opportunity for him. Maybe it's a negotiating tactic. He'd probably KO ancient Pac whose reflexes are probably shot.
