Max Kellerman is great for boxing and here's why...

Yeah his comments on Mayweather were pretty good. He just annoyed me when he kept saying that Judah "wants to win" and kept giving him credit for "trying to win", which was kind of annoying.

 

Question. Isn't that one's primary objective in a boxing match anyway? I dunno, maybe I'm getting a little confused here.

 

yeah exactly. he must've said "judah's actually trying to win" like 50 times. Or "give Judah credit for coming to win".

I, for one, couldn't give a damn if Mayweather comes out of retirement. Sure, I'd like to see him come back and get his ass handed to him, but if he doesn't, so what? The guy had all the talent in the world you could possibly ask for, and about half the balls of a dude like SRR. The fact that he even mentioned himself in the same sentence as SRR, much less called himself the greatest of all time, makes me want to vomit with rage - a la Homer Simpson. Boxing is a better sport without Mayweather in it.

 

Not according to Bob Arum. Possible next opponents are Clottey, Judah (if Clottey can't heal from his bicep injury), or improbably, DLH. Reason is because Arum was trying to get the Pavlik vs. Williams fight and in his words, Williams' people f**cked around with him.

But let's keep one thing in mind: Antonio Margarito is not someone that you'd want to fight when you have one foot in boxing and one foot out of boxing.

 

Kellerman is a joke and only has his job because of his daddy. Kellerman ran ESPN Friday Night Fights into the ground with his biased Bull **** every week the ratings were up almost 30% after he was replaced. He did not last long at Fox Sports either. Kellerman is a clown.
