    Then Ruiz can send his message to Tyson that he is ready for a fight. Weird Andy kept silent for so long and when WBC stated there was a Tyson's mandatory coming, then he started to speak.

    Fury might be inflating the money Ruiz wanted, but logic suggests that Ruiz was the problem here and did want too much.
    There is no reason for Fury to duck Ruiz as he is small, fat and has low HW power. He's actually the perfect opponent to save face given Ruiz has an inflated reputation and Fury needed an easy name fighter after the Usyk PR disaster.
    It was an low-risk fight for Fury that he would get undeserved credit for.
    You can make arguments for Fury ducking Usyk and even big punching SHWs, but not Ruiz.

    Ruiz has no belts and is trying to live off one night many years ago against AJ. Other than that he's done nothing significant. What he really needs to do is get a win over someone who isn't over 40 and shot to pieces.

    At this point I've given up caring who's lying probably Fury but all this BS we've had for months over who Fury is fighting is getting old just admit that he's not fighting anyone anytime soon for Christ sake this charade that he's actually trying to make fights happen calling out guys set to fight other people like Joshua knowing his plans, Zhang knowing he has a rematch likely with Joyce that he's contractually obligated to take, yet no Makhmudov or Hrgovic who'd take it in a heart beat, it's getting very old and pointless.

    I no longer wish to hear about negotiations or excuses just make a fight or don't, whatever I given up caring.

    sure Usyk ducks fury, so does AJ, and Ruiz and anyone with pulse. Whole HW division is a “problem” but not the biggest duck in history of boxing.
