I love Usyk I think he gives most problems.
This one is all wrong for him though.
Tyson is a one off Usyk will have simply met no one remotely like him.
Usyk would stick and move and give Tyson angles but Mikes’s speed of hand and foot would enable him to get enough of his punches off especially to the body to wear Usyk down, it may have to be after half way but it wouldn’t be a surprise if it was inside 5 rounds.

Guess, and as easily as most of his other victories.

This seems like an attempt to cherry pick Tysons prime. The cruiserweight sized Holyfield took Tysons shots just fine. Despite having been stopped by Bowe dropped by Cooper and showing a vulnerability to body shots.

Tyson wasn't in his prime after being prison for 3 years clearly were on about the 80s Tyson. Plus Holyfield was rough and nullified Tyson's offense on the inside, it's not like Usyk is going to take that approach is it ?

Holyfield is also known to be one of the most durable Heavyweights of all time.

Tyson would be all wrong for Usky.

Usky thrives when he is given room to work.

When it got up close and personal, Tyson is going to be able to ****, faster than Usky can mop it up.

It would be an early KO for Tyson. I have never been overly impressed with Uysk.

I have to go with Mike Tyson in this one. He had the perfect style and abilities to give Oleksandr Usyk nightmares.

Holyfield hadn't fought at cruiser for almost 10 years. He was 215 and 218 vs Tyson. When Tyson came in well trained in the rematch they were both 218. Everyone talks up Usyk's size after he moved up but here you are talking down Holyfield's size nearly a decade after he moved up.

Tyson but it’s not half as one sided as many here would like to think.

Agree. I’d make Tyson a solid favorite but Usyk would be a very live opponent

it was the smoked the entire Atlanta Falcons in a bench press contest "Evan Fields" that fought Tyson, that version of Holyfield could probably bench press more than Usyk can squat

Totally agree - Usyk would be very much a live underdog.

One thing to possibly consider is that, depending on style and specific punches, punching down (as Usyk would be doing vs Tyson), could see better leverage, weight behind the shot and ultimately, greater effective power.

So, one of the key lock assumptions: that Usyk can’t hurt or at least punch hard enough to keep Mike honest, might be dramatically proven to be false. Such miscalculations in forecasts often figure heavily in the makings of upsets.

While Buster Douglas had a punch at any rate, the degree of his dimensional advantages (over Tyson) appeared to allow him to effectively punch that much harder again.

Tbh, against Mike, Buster looked like an elite power hitter, punching like Kong Kong - an even better puncher than he generally appeared in other fights.

That does not say who wins.
Plus I doubt Holyfield could literally bench more than Usyk could squat-maybe for reps since that was the competition & what Holy was especially good at. The link to that event is appreciated!
But Evander even with all the PEDs relatively had no legs-Usyk's likely stronger.
