If they didn't all receive their 3% you know we'd never see titles unified at all. In the end it comes down to money, if being undisputed means fighters get to earn more for an undisputed title fight and more for defences for the undisputed title then you have to pay for that opportunity to earn more otherwise these sanctioning bodies will block every attempt to unify the belts.
