Who as the best notable Heavyweight that you would pick to lose to RJJ ?

He could likely hang with many of the old time era heavies of 176-200 pounds. I can see him giving hell to the Braddock's, Machens, Nathan Manns and Henry Coopers of the world. He definitely would have been competitive with Ezzard Charles, Jimmy Bivins, Archie Moore whether they fought at light heavyweight or heavy

 

Why do you think he "tools" Dempsey but not Rocky?

 

Keep in mind, RJJ came into the ring at 180-185. Ezzard Charles was 184 pounds when he won the HW title. I don't think a 184 pound Charles or a 185 pound Moore would bulldoze a 180 pound RJJ. I think it would be competitive.

No, but he doesn't have to come in at 193. He could come in at 180 pounds. I still would favor Charles, but a 184 pound Charles isn't steamrolling a 180 pound RJJ. In fact, RJJ has a reasonable chance at victory.

 

I could see RJJ clowning Leon Spinks. It's Michael Spinks that RJJ should be worried about

 

if RJJ had to make it through everyone Ali did in the 60's leading up to Folley, he would not make it far enough to get a shot at Ali

Rocky is tougher, a harder puncher, had more defensive techniques, and fought better fighters. Dempsey was a ducker and came up short in his toughest fights.
