It's very hard to predict a great fighter. They come from all classes, all races and all religions. Most come from the working class, but there are a special few from middle and upper classes who achieved success in boxing as well.
Yeah kind of hard to say, now decades ago you had Irish, Italian, and Jewish fighters who came from poor back grounds, African American as well. Nowadays a lot of Eastern Europeans who came from the Eastern Bloc, who were poor also. Of course, besides demographics, there has to be something in an individual as well, coal to burn so to speak in order to be a top fighter.
