    I'm pleased to make your day then CT. Maybe Henry was giving it "the guy I beat definitely hit harder than anyone who iced me" spiel, or he genuinely walked into a classic, well-timed right cross from Eddie, but either way, he said it.

    Larry Holmes was Earnie Shavers' sparring partner back then, too.

    Larry Holmes and Deontay Wilder are probably two of the most successful "sparring partners" in heavyweight history. They were nice to their employers in the gym, learned from them, and then went on to have more successful pro careers than some of them even had. ;)

    Henry Clark had absolutely nothing to be ashamed of, only big problem , he did not have the big sock.I heard he got Ali ready for Foreman, I believe WBA gave him a fourth or fifth place world ranking. i know he was No.5 when he lost to Liston in '68.
