anything after his own career has been half assed

 

Jared Anderson has a glass heart. The best trainer in the world cannot train heart.

 

RJJ pontificating to a 23 year old possible great on camera is a joke and another one of his stunts for the camera. Jones is the kinda guy that believes his own BS, and I hope the kid drops him like a bad habit once he sees the video for the set up it was...

 

Glass Jaw Roy is brain damaged.

 

It was a mistake for Anderson to do this. He’s just showcasing his mental weakness for all to see. He’s still only a prospect and already cracking under the pressure.

 

Think he's got so much on his plate already the guy's all over the place doubt he would care too & with his age & all i wouldn't blame him.

 

Yeah i agree from what i see Roy just seems to be there but doesn't seem to ever give his all to training even when he is at the pressers sitting down & so, everything seems to be a bonus for him in his age now.

 

He's good for a pep talk here and there.

But it's always odd when guys known for being totally unique fighters who break all the established rules and fight on instinct (like Jones was known for) try to become trainers.

What's he going to teach Jared Anderson? How to do the "rooster pose" he used against Glen Kelly?

Fighters need to stay away from Jones. He taught Eubank Jr. how to keep his hands down and he got ****ed up by Smith.

An unorthodox fighter who relied heavily on his incredible speed and athleticism and natural instincts. Is not going to be a good teacher in that regard, simply because RJJ is the only one who could fight like that.

Eubank Jr trying to do his RJJ impression was like a bad parody.

 

Every time Jones mentors a fighter, they get hit more.
