It's going to be some crappy crossover fight involving Jon Jones or Ngannou, thus confirming that Fury is no longer interested in fighting any of the top HW boxers anymore. He wants to do a Mayweather and just have silly exhibition fights from now on like this or Chisora, the only difference is Mayweather has officially retired while Fury is pretending he isn't.

    "I'm so confused"

Nah you're not mate. ALL OF THEM are bluffing each other

It's clear they all are waiting for the Saudi date which has been pushed to 2024.

Nobody wants to risk ANYTHING. Not even a Ruiz or Whyte or Dubious "stay busy" fight

None of the promoters want to pay for a little risky fight that will break even or lose money such as Whyte for AJ or Ruiz for Wilder.

Fury might get a fight ONLY because an MMA bum will fight him FOR RECORD MONEY!

People can hate all they want...but money dictates all and Fury vs an MMA bum sells in this down period.

Anyway since I'm actually Tyson Fury I'll tell you first hand I'm fighting the current cruiserweight champion in Australia. Ok thanks. Don't tell Frank I told you.

Maybe Fury will surprise us and fight Jared Anderson after he stops Charles Martin?

Anderson is rated in the WBC top 10.

He's the young, fast-rising heavyweight and not a shop-worn guy who's gotten a shot before.

Should be an easy fight to make (Top Rank being Jared's promoter) and Anderson wouldn't have a lot of huge financial demands.

Could even be a U.S. PPV.

Don't see why they would need to wait until next week to announce unless they were waiting for Anderson to win on Saturday.

^ I see your logic Anderson ain’t ready for that yet. He might get seriously ****ed up by Fury and derailed.

Anderson is in a good spot. He is much younger than everyone else in the top 10 and can work his way up methodically while these guys sit on the shelf and get older.

Could see him against Ruiz soon.

Well, whoever he ends up fighting, I hope they knock his ass out and send him into retirement so we can be free from all his bull**** once and for all.

Oh, I imagine he might if he fought Fury.

But Anderson also might be Bob Arum's last heavyweight champ. Arum is quite old. Sometimes, those young guys get pushed so the old promoter can see them fight for the title.

After Saturday, Anderson will have as many fights (15) as Tim Witherspoon had when he challenged Holmes. And ESPN has really upped the marketing of Anderson.

Larry defended against a number of names who had about as many fights as Jared. (Bey was 14-0. Bonecrusher was 14-1. Witherspoon 15-0. Marvis Frazier 10-0. Carl Williams 16-0. Ocasio 13-0.)

Fury-Anderson would be an easy fight to make for ESPN PPV and would be a "game changer" in terms of Anderson's youth and the opportunity he presents to Fury to stage another fight in the US that wasn't against Wilder. Anderson also wouldn't ask for the money Andy Ruiz wants.

    We'll see.

It would be funny if, at the year's end, the heavyweight champions were Jared Anderson and Daniel Dubois (the two youngest name heavyweights). They both would definitely be game changers.

The division is due for some major upsets. ;)

He needs to be stripped of the wbc belt though. Then I dont care anymore about what he does

Nobody should be stripped of any belts. You want a belt, give the champ what he wants in terms of purse money, get him in the ring, and knock his head off. Then you get the belt and you can do what you like.

Fury's fought three times as often as Usyk has since Usyk won the belts from Joshua.

For all his talk, Fury isn't the problem. He fights whoever accepts his terms. As the champ, historically, that's the norm. The problem stems from the guys who see a title shot as a cash out. So they turn down title shots and then complain they can't find anyone to fight. OR they complain they're worth more.

They're worth more when they become the champ. So do what it takes to get the champ in the ring, beat him, and then you can set your price.

He's a ducking ***** and a disgrace at this point. By your logic he can demand 100% of the purse and be right. Ridiculous take to justify the worst duck in boxing history.

Not even close to the worst duck in history. Usyk has fought three heavyweights - Chazz Witherspoon, Derek Chisora and Joshua.

Usyk isn't even rated in the organization Fury represents. And all of Usyk's belts ARE Fury's. Fury never lost them inside the ring.

Charles Martin got one of them when the IBF stripped Fury 10 days after he beat Wlad. That's what "stripping" a champ gets you ... Charles Martin as your "champ."

You beat the champ in the ring. And you do what it takes to get him in there.

Stripping champions historically doesn't work out. Beating champions in the ring does.
