Would seem like a backward move if Aokuso has hopes to win a World title in less fights then Jeff Fenech
Would much rather more consistent scheduling of shows then nothing for a few months, then some ordinary cards announced back-to-back And then watch, this will be followed by another few months of no cards.
Apparently, the Aokuso v Quinlan bout is an IBO light-heavyweight world title eliminator. How does this work?? One bloke has only the four fights and the other recently lost his Australian title, but now the winner of this bout gets a crack at the world title.
At least there is something happening. All female show? That will have the ratings of an early morning televangelist but good on em.
Pay the year up front and it’s $6. Hard to beat. But yes, if you choose to go month to month, it’s $14.
Good to see some movement on Fox Sports again. Be interesting to see who Wilson gets matched with. He could do with going on a bit of a streak of wins and hopefully putting himself in line for another title shot. Probably the fight I’m most interested in is Youssef Dib vs Miles Zalewski. That should be a decent scrap.
Feels like them playing catch up and rushing the job. You never know though, I've put on plenty of their weak cards on paper and walked away entertained.
Put Slick Willie Wilson in with Paul Fleming & Nikita in with Wade Ryan, Koen Mazoudier or Ben Mahoney & I'll buy. Or tie some Doodle Dandies to a ring post & sacrifice them to the Gods of Australian boxing & I'll also buy. No soft Englishmen complaining about their cricketers getting beat though. That's a no buy. Isn't there also supposed to be a third feature fight on that show? As yet unannounced. It could be a big one, guys. Really BIG. The @Sandman_ waits with his finger on the buy button (not yet pressed).
