Toney vs. Jones was really fun having watched that pretty recently.
Hopkins vs. Calzaghe is an interesting style clash that comes to mind, but not incredibly explosive.
Mark Too Sharp Johnson vs. Rafael Marquez

Did you enjoy Calzaghe vs Hopkins though ? Personally I found it as dull as dish water.

But Mark Johnson vs Rafael Marquez is a good shout Johnson is actually one of my favourites.

I thought it was kind of awesome to see Hopkins beating Calzaghe, dictating the pace of the fight and effectively spoiling him. I thought it was really interesting. Is at the top of my rewatch list? ...Maybe not as high as Pacman Marquez 2, lol, but I did enjoy it. Mostly from the standpoint of Hopkins' performance against a legendary undefeated fighter.

I remember hearing Tyson saying " I was watching two technicians go to work. Leonard vs Duran 1."

Any Eder Jofre fight. When you KO so many guys by going to the body, you know you must be technically sound

Fair enough for me i got no enjoyment out of it but everyone has their own way of seeing things.

Hopkins for me can be hit and miss, I've seen him in some very dull fights that I would never rewatch again. But then theres his early fights where we was a more aggressive fighter and more exciting to watch, and then you have some of his technical masterpieces vs Tarver, Trinidad, Pavlik, that I definitely would rewatch again.

Benvenuti--Rodriguez was a good one. until the end of course. A ton of the Ottke fights were always technical and he forced opponents to fight that way even when they did not want to. Similarly, Ricardo Lopez fights were a pleasure to watch for how technical they were.

Calzaghe vs Kessler was very good. Joe adapted very well, Mikel was unable to.

It's interesting that You mentioned Winky vs Taylor here, @Dynamicpuncher . It's been a while since I saw it, but wasn't it basically a war? I remember Winky applying pressure in his usual style and Taylor - also as usual - fighting him off with a lot of energy and ferocity. Great fight, just not sure if I'd call it technical.

Some that came to mind - for me:
    - Chris John vs Juan Manuel Marquez
I saw it at least 5 times. Not the most action packed, but very interesting to score/judge and both were super technical in there. Very good chess-match

    - Shinsuke Yamanaka vs Chemito Moreno I
I think their two fight rivalry is very underappreciated - and first one was great chess-match between two very technical fighters from very different schools.
