Sugar Ray Leonard not having retina problems. In consequence he and Marvin Hagler would have fought each other in their primes. What a fight that would have been! Would still have been a very close one, imo, over 15 rounds.

Roy should've retired right after the John Ruiz fight.

Tyson leaving them hookers in Japan alone and getting some sleep.

I would have Douglas counted out in the 8th round after that Tyson uppercut. That way, we could have saw Tyson vs Holyfield in 1990/91 rather than waiting for 1996.

My biggest change would probably be Ali not being exiled and allowing us to see the full extent of his prime, excluding deaths, in which case I wish we could've seen the totality of Salvador Sanchez's career...

I would also throw in Lennox and Bowe happening, but I feel like this question is kind of tailor made for the modern era because it's so much easier to dodge the best competition and still maintain your belt, so honestly I wish we saw Pacquiao and Floyd face off like 5 years earlier or something (if only to maybe see Floyd lose lol). It could've been actually worthy of the moniker "Fight of the Century" and one of the greatest single wins in either guy's career.
