I haven't watched either guy fight in the past few years because the guys they fought weren't that interesting to me. I thought Spence and Crawford should have fight years ago. Is the fight a bit late or should it be a good one? What do you think?

Also I'm not rooting for either guy or posturing. Just being real that I haven't followed either guy in a while because I felt they both avoided each other too long that I don't have the same interest as I did a while back.

I would say they are both past their prime a bit. Even though he is younger my take when I watch them is that Spence is a little more past it than Crawford is.

Big fan of both guys. Ive never seen either guy in a real competitive fight. Either guy who wins would move right up to 154 and beat charlo or tzyu like it aint no thing. I dont see anything by watching their last couple fights to show they are slowing down. Neither guy has really taken a beating in the ring. They should be well preserved. Both look good in training and i dont think either guy looks drained at this point. Thats all bs from fans who dont know ****, read something, and just repeat it. I noticed most youtubers are bias and whoever they are picking they are just saying the other guy looks drained. Bud always talks slow. Who the **** cares how he dresses? I see the weigh in ill know more.

You did not see Spence v. Brook? Spence losing until Brook is stamina finished.

Both prime? mmm. No problem. Let's get this fight on!

They are past it but still way closer than Floyd and Pacquiao were to their primes IMO.

I mean as far as EJ goes, he has lots and lots of wear and tear right? Lucky to be alive after the Ferrari crash, I was an Optometry tech in the military so I’m still concerned about his retina. He had a rough life or death fight with a really good version of Shawn Porter. I think it’s fair to say he has lots of wear and tear.

Crawford although older sometimes appears the fresher of the two to me. Crawford has been knocking everyone out without taking too much punishment.

Crawford at 35 is approaching the age when Father Time comes for all fighters. It’s well known that in the mid to late 30’s most fighters tend to slow down and become gun shy. We all know boxing is a YOUNG MAN’s sport.

These are just some thoughts off the top of my head. I’ve been a Spence fan for a long time and I’m still rolling with him in a fight that I think could go either way.

Maybe would have been better if it happened awhile back. Not sure when the exact best time was but I feel this fight is slightly over marinated, although I’m super stoked still for the fight and definitely buying it.

Hope this satisfies your inquiry, sir.

my bad, i didnt mean to respond like that

    to your errol concerns
    - What have you seen in fights to lead you to believe that has effected him and hes not what he once was? Nobody has done **** to him. Your worried about his durability. His engine, legs and timing are good.

    to your crawford concerns
    - Everybody has diff genetics. Its all about lifestyle and adjusting your training to your age. Hes takin zero punishment in the ring. Legs and timing are the first to go. I dont see anything that leads me to believe hes losing anything.

Both guys speed, timing, stamina and legs are good. We dont know how durable spence is from the car accident. That is the only factor. Nobody has landed many clean hard shots to exploit that as of yet.

I totally agree! It’s still a great fight! Errol can still throw 100 punches in the later rounds as he did vs one of my other favorite fighters Yordenis Ugas.

Crawford is a bad dude. This is still a great fight to me! I didn’t mean to indicate otherwise.

In other words as a Spence fan, I WILL NOT make excuses if he loses.
