Spence hasn't been the same since the car crash for me, he also only fought once in 3 years coming into this fight and his last fight was almost 18 months ago, not exactly form rated. Crawford fan and great performance but I think Spence is done personally at the top level and certainly at this weight.
No, looked the same as usual. I looked at the Ugas ring walk, I can't see any difference. But that wasn't my question. I asked you to give examples of the effects of the crash.
It was not surprising that someone that did so awfully vs that cuban guy Ugas would get completely dominanted and koed by Crawford. Styles ofcourse do make fights so something freakish might have happened like Spence simply having the exact wrong style for Crawford but realistically speaking this is how it was always going to go. Also with Spence having ducked Crawford for 8 years it's not like he could have delayed this fight even if he was sick, not only would fans not have tolorated it but his own ego simply wouldn't have been able to deal with ducking a fellow for 8 years and then delaying the fight even more.
No... he looked incredible against the best version of AJ we've ever seen. Who's anything but limited.
This. Spence had no backup plan and he completely underestimated Crawford’s timing and handspeed. The shock on his face when Crawford dropped him like a sack of potatoes for the first time said it all. Spence kept trying to overpower Crawford, but Spence’s sloppy habits were getting him killed. Crawford wasn’t letting Spence get away with any mistakes.
Yup only a super human can beat Usyk. A man with an iron will. A man with a boxing brain as a big as a NASA supercomputer. A man who doesn't know what the word defeat means. A man who can outwrestle a gorilla.
