All fights he could lose. He wont beat Hearns and Leonard. I favour Montreal Duran and Pea over him as well.
Think he could beat but also lose vs Tito, Bud and Napoles.
So he maybe wins a few of them but I think he loses more than he wins.
No shame in that given the guy was punching above his wright and thats a solid list of welterweight greats.

He's right in the mix with all if not most of them and can see him winning half of them on points.....so for me there's only 1 obvious answer.

Thomas Hearns: Gets stopped toward the middle of the fight.

Terence Crawford: Gets stopped late or loses a decision

Jose Napoles: Absolute war where PAC-MAN gets a late stoppage or decision.

    Pernell Whitaker: 50/50 can’t decide.

Sugar Ray Leonard: Loses by decision

Roberto Duran: If we’re talking about the 147 version of Duran than Pacquaio gets KO’s him.

Manny started out at like 106lbs albeit he was a malnourished 16 y/o, Tom Hearns was a freakish sized freakishly powerful 147 pounder who won world titles all the way from 147 to 175, fought at CW a bunch of times and even holds a win over a CW world champion. Not a fair fight

Pac beats all but SRL and Duran.

Hearns and Bud are toss-up fights.

The rest get stopped or definitive UD.

Pac beats more than Floyd in these hypothetical fights actually

Hearns vs Pacquiao a toss up ? You're having a laugh right ? I can't think of a worse style match up at Welterweight for Pacquiao than Hearns.

Pacquiao was like a gunshot victim after a right hand from JMM, can you imagine what Hearns's right hand would do to Pacquiao ?

I think SRR/SRL are far worse matchups. There's zero evidence over Mannys career where height, reach, or jabbing dominated Manny. In fact Manny did very well versus taller, longer opponents who had good jabs (obviously Hearns had an ATG jab which is different). Manny worked through those disadvantages without issue against Margs, Thurman, Algieri, Mosley, ODLH, etc. But Manny DID have problems with elite defensive fighters who can counter-punch like Ugas, Floyd, JMM, and Morales.

Dont think Hearns is the nightmare matchup it seems on paper.

Well are we saying its POST JMM IV? Or PRE JMM IV? Cause those are different Pac fighters. If its a hypothetical fight I assume best version of each...maybe Pacman from Cotto versus Hearns that fought SRL? That was probably Hearns best WW performance since he didnt fight a who's who at WW (to my knowledge, born in 87) as Benitez and Duran were at 154.
