Good thread. IMO Terence is better than anyone Floyd has faced. The complete boxer. But it goes both ways. Floyd is the best of all time imo and look at the calibre of his resume. Who has Bud beat of that calibre? Floyd fought the best and dominated the sport across three decades ( eras )

No one beat Floyd and no one ever would. Not even Jesus Christ himself.

 

Bud by close decision. Both had high IQ, speed, skills and capacity to make adjustments. Bud had the edge in power and was more offensive minded which would give him the edge.

I think Bud edges at 147. At 140 it's 50/50. At 135 it's Floyd

 

Stylistically it’s an interesting one. I’d have no qualms if people fancied Crawford at 147 where IMO Mayweather was still elite, but not his most dominant weight

The chess match would be incredible to watch.
