AJ basically needs to spontaneously develop epilepsy and have a seizure in the ring for Helenius to land flush on him.

Orrrrrr...and this is more realistic and honestly maybe the only path to victory for Helenius: what if Joshua gets cut, say from a clash of heads, accidental elbow, glove laces, what have you...and the blood affects his vision and he gets hit with something he doesn't see coming? That is also unlikely but not outside the realm of credulity. That stuff happens.
