This content is protected The undercard is shaping up to be solid. However why are stacking the card so much when you have someone like Canelo, a proven quantity who always sells well? Why didn't PBC make the Spence-Crawford card like this? Especially when you consider that neither Spence nor Crawford can produce such numbers like the aforementioned Cinnamon girl or even Tank Davis. Sometimes these promoters have really dubious choices for such stuff. Anyways the card is good. Gvozdyk apparently will face Andre Dirrell. Good, competitive, and most importantly, fun fights.
Maybe the idea is to renew interest in that Thurman vs. Ugás fight we were supposed to get earlier this summer, by giving them yet another common comparison opponent? (they already have Pacquiao and Porter)
You know, Barrios is from San Antonio, pretty much where I’m from, and as happy I am that a fellow Two-Ten’r is getting these opportunities, I’d also like to know how, lol, feels a tad undeserved. Decent fight, though. Barrios won’t be able to shut him down like Spence did, but we’ll have to see how much Ugas has left.
What a sad indictment of boxing that we have to question why a card is being stacked. It really should just be par for the course :-(
Canelo/Bivol bombed and I think PBC is taking no chances on this one. Granted, that was DAZN, but it damaged Canelo's reputation as a marketing attraction some.

I think this is a good fight but for an interim title is kinda silly no? Someone coming off of a debilitating loss and someone that's 1-2 in their last 3..........for a "title lite"???? And I thought Ugas was fighting Keith anyway? I think Keith should just retire and commentate if he's not gonna do anything other than talk.
