Yeah good point, boxing is full of crooks.....it's just a shame that No Limit have a monopoly on boxing coverage in Australia. I used to enjoy watching fights on Kayo but since that exclusive deal was signed everything has been PPV including cards like tomorrow that arent worth $20 let alone $60
Interesting. I thought the IBF recently said that Jai had to fight Briedis for his next fight as the other two guys both withdraw at the last minute.
tszyu vs hogan pics - Bing images on the left. This chick should do Miss Universe. Seriously. HOT.AS.****!!!!
I'm actually getting a haircut tomorrow. If I show up to the Horden on Wednesday night those girls stand no chance.
Skye Nicolson's next opponent will be Argentinian Sabrina Maribel Perez in an interim WBC title fight. Perez is 18-1-1 but as she is only 5ft 2 tall and Nicolson will have a significant height and reach advantage.
Tasman recently had a show on DAZN and looks like Stan is putting on a show in Oct featuring Paulo Aokuso
From NunanBoy Promotion's fbook page; "Jai Opetaia 22-0 World Title Fight Eyed For September 30 In The UK against Hard hitting Englishman Jordan Thompson 15-0! Opetaia was ordered to defend his IBF belt versus Briedis in what would have been a cracker, however the IBF has indefinitely suspended the scheduled purse bid hearing meaning Opetaia will face potentially Thompson" ffs, what are those clowns over at the IBF doing???
He hasn’t quite got everything right there tbh. Briedis is currently injured. Matchroom have applied for an exception to allow a voluntary defence. The IBF are due to rule on this today. Briedis’ team have allowed it as their man is injured. It’ll be vs Jordan Thompson on Sept 30 in London.
yeah ok, also read that same over on Boxing Scene, but no reason was provided for the IBF indefinitely suspending the purse bid.
Seen Iman Khataev posting stuff on his gram. Seems to do a lot of running and cardio in Cronulla. Really looks like he enjoys it here. Hopefully he can stay and forge a career here.
I can see he's got one fan on board already, WAR. Was he wearing a Sharks jersey when he was putting in the miles? The hard thing with these very talented imports is getting them fights against meaningful opposition. The television money will go to the locals & that's what's needed to buy them good opponents. Hopefully DAZN & STAN step up b/c the talent is there for them to put on good shows.
Oh wouldn't that be great to see. If this boxing caper doesn't work out might see him carting the ball up in the black, white and blue. Love to see a grub like Waerea-Hargreaves try some dirty BS and end up having his mouthguard launch into the 14th row.
If I hear oohs and aahs on the telecast and no fighters are in the ring. I'll know Middy has arrived at the venue.
