It's not right on the belt line, it's slightly below. By the rules of boxing it's a low blow.

Listen to all of the feigned outrage from Dubois and his loudmouth trainer, you can tell even they lack conviction in what they're saying. They're putting on a play.

I'm sure if the referee hadn't called it a low blow, Usyk would've got up and stopped Dubois later. He wasn't THAT hurt, it wasn't a KO

What a bad argument. He took some of those 5 minutes. Imagine him standing within the 10. Usyk would've won regardless of the premature stoppage, if not hurt by Daniel, but...

Not as low as Ward was on the balls of Krusher but based on where his trucks are and the landing of the punch you have to sit on the side of “Low Blow”

I think USYK is still a great boxer but his lower body just became the target for every HW brave enough to be NEXT

Yup, expected that sort of dishonesty from you. I know even you deep down know that was right on the belt and was a bs call by the ref.

I don’t think the blow was low but even if it wasn’t then Usyk gets up before being counted out in my opinion. Once up he’s good enough to survive the round by staying away from Dubois for the last minute.

What we did see tonight was that if a genuine heavy really unloads on Usyk then he doesn’t absorb that power well at all. Joshua did it a couple of times but was too slow or fatigued to catch him clean again. Dubois also caught him a couple of times and Usyks reaction was to recoil and get away.

Usyk complained repeatedly about punches even when the referee said they weren't low.

Body shots are a problem for Usyk.

Too bad Dubois just didn't have the stones to keep fighting.
