Yeah Usyk does have a leaky body. But then again, I think everyone suffers from body punches. I generally believe that Is the way to beat Usyk.
You posted video shows that shot to have been low...a foul, probably unintentional, but still a low blow. It's like posting a picture of a rabbit and saying ...see, it's a lion !
He immediately moved up to LHW afterwards. At HW he is much slower than his CW version. Fury beats him with ease if not knocks him flat. Lighter, younger version (against Huck or Gassiev) would be much more likely to beat the big dosser.
Jeison Rosario comes to mind. He was taken out by a half-blocked jab to the body from Charlo. Lubin also took Rosario out with body shots.

While the analysis of punch resistance has historically focused mostly on the impact of head shots - and thus on the mandible - there is no question that fighters vary in their ability to take body shots. Perhaps it's time for more focus on this important aspect of fighter durability!
Some do have glass middles, but just for balance Dubois landed several legit hard body shots on Usyk that didn't put him over. If he has a glass middle those would have rocked Usyk more.
