    I have been working on this list for some time now and I finally feel comfortable enough to lock in my line up of my best boxers nicknames of all time.

    This was not an easy task considering there are no honorable mentions and the list is cut down to top 11 including the champ.

    Aww C'mon BoB #50 for Ali ??? He's top 3 at worst. Don't forget his enforced politically inspired 3 1/2 year ban from the sport in his prime. What would he have achieved in those years?

    Top 3? Homicide Hank, Hitman and Body Snatcher are miles above "The Greatest" and theres no 2 ways about it, sorry.
    You just reminded me how hard it was not to add The Ghost Kelly Pavlik. Boom Boom got his spot at number #10

    We all have our fav choices & that's the way it should be. Wouldn't it be boring if we all idolized the same fighter though lol

    I forget his name but his nickname I’ll never forget, he also fought Ruben Carter. “Rent 2 damn high” LOL.

    Alright I’ve got some. Jake “One Man Mob” LaMotta. That’s top shelf. My favourite is Jack McAuliffe‘s “The Napoleon of the ring” best nickname bar none - although the original Dempseys was an absolute chefs kiss. “Nonpareil”
