The 5 minute stipulation is there for a reason and a boxer is perfectly justified to take it if required. I never understood why Khan wasn’t offered it against Crawford.
Why would Simon ask that…The British Board of control does not implement a 3 knock down ruling, so it’s a non issue
Boxers, promoters and journalists need to learn the difference between being slightly unfortunate and being ROBBED or CHEATED or whatever emotive language they decide to use. Dubois was slightly unlucky that his one lucky punch was deemed too low. But he got pummeled for half an hour and quit in the 9th so stfu about it you tosser.
If it makes people realise he will lose anyway, maybe. He deserves it lot more than Eubank does anyway.
You can tell Frank has got in his ear. I can’t even remember him complaining that much when it happened? He needs to get over it. Look at the size advantage he had in the ring.
This. Funny they don't want to challenge the ref on the stoppage as the ref knows best but when it comes to calling whether a shot is low or not the referees decision isn't good enough.
If Usyk caught Dubois with the same shot and DD went down, no chance in hell is that being counted as a low blow.
If he was the better fight he'd have gone on to win anyway and maybe if he'd have lost but gave Usyk a hell of a fight then he could complain but he was never in the fight and embarrassed himself with the way he quit, again.
It's irrelevant isn't it? The fight continued for 4 more rounds. More than enough time for Dubois to finish the job and he didn't. If Dubois genuinely believes he hurt Usyk or 'stopped' Usyk then why the fcuk didn't he manage to do anything remotely close afterwards. The team are talking as if Usyk was done and ready to go but Dubois never won a round afterwards.
A body shot provides you with intense pain for a short period of time. Usyk was given 4 minutes to recover from the body shot. Dubois also lost belief, he knew that any decent body shot would result in Usyk feigning a low blow and DD would probably get disqualified.
Losing belief isn't exactly something one should be shouting about. Dubois is dim and is getting pushed into this farce by Warren and Charles. This content is protected
According to the radio commentary, Dubois was blowing hard by the end of the third. So much for the 25 year old’s 16 weeks high altitude stint in the Sierra Nevada’s!
