both in prime and all that...

How could Bernard beat Monzon ?

Would Monzon beat Bernard on the outside ? He had a great jab but wasn´t he slower than Bernard ?

Monzon could fight dirty too, in the clinches, ugly fight is what I see... ugly fight, very few punches landed, with the losing side calling it a robbery...

Monzon is the goat at 160 for me. He wins on points though. Hopkins is too tough.

Yeah I kinda like Monzon to take a decision here. Both men were durable as hell. Both were highly tactical. I think Monzon was quicker and might have had a higher work rate. It would definitely go the distance and might even be somewhat close on the cards

Hopkins falls out of the ring trying to get a no contest so he can get a look at Monzon before the second fight!

Monzon would not fall for Bernard's psychological war tactics. Carlos out punches, and out fights Hopkins for a decision victory.

Carlos Monzon by unanimous 15 round decision over Bernard Hopkins. I see an early tactiful bout filled with clinches, attempts at psychological warfare on Hopkins part but Carlos as always remains cool, calm and collected in the ring. Monzon utilizes his stiff left jab, counters well to the body and head as a very talented Hopkins then resorts to trying to get on the inside of the taller Monzon but fails due to the left jab of Monzon. A very good contest.

Hopkins UD. Monzon's awkwardness wouldn't pay off here. Hopkins roughs him up on the inside and picks him off on the outside.

This. And I think it could be surprisingly lopsided. Prime middleweight Hopkins was tough, rough, and skilled enough to negate Monzon’s strengths, had quicker feet and was way more explosive.

Me too. Carlos Monzon was not about nonsense in the ring, he had a job to do and that was winning and he was consistent at winning unlike Hopkins who had a checkered career, some great wins but some not so great losses, somehow wearing a ridiculous mask into the ring when it is not even Halloween would make Monzon disrespect him even more.
