Ginjiro is fighting this weekend and his certainly an incredibly special talent if the eye-test (and the couple of former champs he's bested) are anything to go by. I've certainly been mightily impressed by him, his power is good, his control of range is very strong, and he's very fluid and natural in the ring. He might be a re-arrange your P4P list type of fighter (or at least I think he will be soon when he unifies 105). Check him out:

Well, this aged horribly. Ginjiro was just TKOed by Taduran in the 9th round.

Ginjiro apparently had his nose broken and collapsed in his corner afterwards before being taken from the stadium to a hospital. Hoping he recovers.

 

I for one am genuinely stunned. I have yet to see the fight, but it seems like Taduran beat the crap out of him.

Both Shigeoka bros losing back to back to Filipinos. I was so high on Ginjiro too, my heart was in my mouth when I checked BoxRec. I really hope he's okay, he didn't look right at the end.
