No I'm saying that having a go at froch wanting chavez payday not long before your hero fights francis takes the biscuit... Even for you that's impressive.

He just wanted to cash in on the Chavez name, hoping that some folk in the UK would fall for it.
Another blatant and obvious attempt at fleecing the fans who knew no better, thankfully real fans saw through it Jim.

Firstly it's "too thick to..." if your gonna insult someones intelligence make sure yours is up to scratch.
Secondly, other names such as..... Who at the time was as easy a fight for that kinda money that chaves would be and earn him.

He wanted chaves for the exact same reason fury is fighting francis. Big money and easy fight. It's hardly rocket science.

Na not really, I picked up on his mask slipping in another thread the other day. It's quite clear what he does. Others reply to him normally and don't click on is the problem. He has been at it for a while.

Yes, but their rematch was on Mexican Independence Day 4 months later so that wouldn’t have happened then, but I get your point.

They only looked Chavez Jnr because he was beatable. Ward completely outclassed him and Andre Dirrell almost had him in Nottingham so Hearn wasn’t going to go near someone who could actually box.

Frochs resume is far superior don't be daft.

Fury has fought klitschko thats it. Wilder is a bum with a padded record that fought nobody himself. A hard puncher but a terrible boxer.

Fury has yet to step in the ring with usyk, if he manages to beat the best boxer in the division then we can start talking about him but as it stands his career isn't a patch on froch.

Froch just wanted an easy fight and a cash out, not sure why Chavez Jr in particular, maybe he wanted a really, really easy touch.

We all agree on this which is good and tbf to that car salesman Hearn it would have been great match making. Possibly similar to a lower level (if it’s possible) Gatti v Ward.

Kessler was a good fighter and far from past it when Froch beat him. He gave Calzaghe a good fight. The Dirrell fight was close. Certainly not a robbery. I had Dirrell by a round if I remember right. I thought Dirrell lost the fight rather than Froch won it, though. Dirrell had Froch punching air all night and made him look silly, but he barely threw any punches himself. It's all very well and good making your opponent miss, but if you don't make him pay for his mistakes you're going to find it hard to get the decision. Froch also beat Pascal, Abraham, Bute, Taylor and Groves. Ward, Bute, Pascal, Groves and Dirrell were all unbeaten when Froch fought them.

As for Fury, he hasn't fought Usyk yet. Wlad and Wilder are good wins, but they aren't great fighters. Wlad dominated in a very weak era and gets overrated these days. He was largely ridiculed during his fighting days. Wilder just has a great straight right. Both are very limited; jab - straight right from long range, only throw when their opponent is stood still in front of them, don't fight up close, can't fight of the back foot. Fury clearly has talent, but all he has shown in his career at the top level is he can beat limited jab - straight right merchants (Wlad and Wilder) and flat foot plodders like Whyte and Chisora. He has the ability to do more, but he hasn't really shown it as he hasn't fought fighters with a great range of styles. The Usyk fight will tell us more about Fury's abilities as he hasn't fought anyone remotely with Usyk's style.

Fury still has fights left in his career, so he may surpass Froch, but if he retired today, I'd rate Froch higher than him. Fury has wins against two good fighters on his resume and lots of stinkers; poor opponents like Swartz and Pianetta, and shot fighters like Chisora and Whyte. Froch fought the best fighters of his era. He may not have beaten a long reigning champion like Wlad, but there is far more depth to his resume than Fury. Froch's resume since his first world title fight against Pascal until he retired is one the best runs of tough opposition in recent times in regards to fighting the best. He had 12 fights in that time with only Yusaf Mack and an old Glen Johnson as easy touches. The Johnson fight wasn't even Froch's choice, either. He fought him as part of the Super Six tournament. This is why I respect Froch more Tyson. Froch fought all the best of his era in his weight division. No excuses. Tyson hasn't.

As for charisma: i'm not bothered by that, mate, when discussing legacy. What happens in the ring is the only thing that matters. However, since you brought it up; I'd argue that neither of them are charismatic.
