Not needing to fight Loma in the sense of, Loma not having a belt, or a mandatory. You being the real boxing fan here should know there have been times that fighters have used the excuse that they want belts or defending the belts by going through the mandatories only. Faboy?!? Did you even read any of my posts prior to that fight? I was all about Loma whoopin that ass. In fact, I believe you liked some of my posts. As far as Haney being a coward goes, I'm of the opinion that any man that steps in that ring is, at that time, the furthest thing from a coward. Any real fans knows and believes that. Bottom line is, you just don't like Haney for many reasons, mainly that he beat Loma. That's ok, you have your opinion, not much I can say that will change your mind. I do however disagree about Haney being a coward.
Either Teo by KO or Haney by decision. I suspect Haney can stay out of the way long enough to take it to the cards though and land enough to get a tight but clear decision.
Haney by UD. Haney is a better "boxer" than Teo, and is far more disciplined in the ring. You don't need "power" to beat Teo either............Hell you don't even need the most elite of skill sets to do so. Teo appears to be an up and down fighter, up and down fighters do not beat extremely steady fighters. Only person that would school Haney is Shakur, even Loma couldn't (regardless of who you feels won or lost, that was an even fight) I thought Loma won but him losing wasn't a robbery.
Hard to tell honestly. Their common opponents don't tell us much. Kambosos was a style makes fight situation (being a back-foot counterpuncher inept at moving forward and outworking Haney before he clinches) and Lomachenko showed how fresh and beatable both are. What will be interesting is seeing Devin face a fellow mummification-dehydration club member. They will be comparable in size with Teofimo bringing power and combinations against Haney's boxing skills and perhaps ring IQ. Roughly speaking. The real interesting question is which POS father of theirs would win during the press conference.
Not sure which guy I would root for. Probably for a Teo KO. That said, I think Haney would win a solid UD based him having comparable athletic gifts and size combined with a more careful, calculated style. Wouldn't be as fun to watch, though. Would rather see Tank vs Teo.
I think you're on point here. It's a close fight and the winner will be whoever makes the other guy fight his fight.
Devin was chin checked a few times and a guy like Teo, if he's on, stops him. Again...IF Teo is on otherwise close decision Haney
