It was clear that would happen. He already looked not even close to his former self in his last fights and he knows that, that's why he takes so sh... fights. He legs slowed down, his hands slowed down big time, his balance is not there anymore. Usyk is way fresher and not in his prime anymore but I even would go for a late stoppage by usyk. We still need the undisputed, even if tyson is shot. But kids, that what happens if you abuse your body with alcohol,drugs and junk food all the time. Your body won't cope with that after some time
His 35 and he fought Wilder 3 times of which he took a fair bit of damage, historically mid 30s is when boxers start to lose it, even ones that looked after there bodies. This was a bad look and Fury's reputation has taken a massive hit but Fury's number 1 thing he relies on is tiring his opponents with funny stuff in the clinch, he couldn't do that in this fight and as a return looked crap and struggled.

He look bad in third fight with Wilder. People didint realize that because he win but he was knockdown because he was slow. He got really big problem right now with Usyk. He know that Oleksander is real deal and he know he is not ready for him now. I cant wait to hear him and Warren making new excuse to not fight Usyk 23.12. This will be very funny a special when few days ago he said himself that If Usyk will not fight in that date with him they sued him xD
Why did you ever think he was great? The great trilogy against Wilder who didn't beat a single elite fighter in his career? Dancing around 39y old Klitschko for 12 rounds who didn't throw a punch? Great uppercut technique landing in his own face?
Part of the trouble is that tyson actually believes he can punch and has power after beating wilder around the ring it all went to his head, he can't punch through people, never could, never will. He can't just 'kronk' everyone, that **** won't work, it's one thing bullying scrawny unbalanced wilder isn't it! Needs to keep his skillset in focus a little better imo.
With his matchup choices it probably is enough, this is the first time his fought someone roughly the same size as him in a decade.
Exactly, that was my point, you can't just fight the same way for every opponent, you have to fight to your strengths and their weaknesses, which fury never did. Steamroll when you can and box clever when you can't, what's the point of adding strings to the bow if you just forget about the others, you're bound to be out of tune somewhere, fury knows this only to well too but his ego started cashing cheques his power couldn't cash! He should have given Francis a boxing lesson but it was almost the other way around lol The world's gone mad.
I won’t bank on that because I’ve been saying for years now that Fury’s fatness will catch up to him and it hasn’t yet. But constantly being 30/40lbs overweight has got to come into play sooner rather than later I’d think. Maybe that’s why Fury fights so many creampuffs. I saw the punch stats this morning. Fury 71/223 in a 10 rounder is absolutely shocking. I actually watched Hrgovic Zhang yesterday and seeing how Fury got caught with Ngannou’s quick hard counters in the exchange, I think Zhang is a very dangerous fight. Hrgovic threw about 60 a round against Zhang he’ll hustle Fury imo. Fury’s time at the top is soon to be over me thinks.
