The consensus was pretty much that Fury would beat AJ, but after that shocking performance on Saturday who would you take right now to win this fight?

Eddie Hearn states, AJ would finish fury within 6 and that fury is on the decline, looks a shot fighter and his punch resistance has gone.

Tbh, I did always think fury would win, but now I would take AJ to beat him.

AJ couldn't put Helenius away in six yet Eddie Hearn thinks he can do better against Fury?

Fury had a bad night against a tough MMA guy juiced to the gills. Wilder is the hardest hitter in the sport and he couldn't keep Fury down but the AJ who threw less than thirty punches a round in his last fight will?

Fury beats the new gun shy AJ by leaning on him, wearing him down with his fat while neither guy throws much.

It all depends on Joshua's state of mind. If he's confident, no doubt would he beat Fury. Otherwise Fury will break him down mentally, then destroy him.

Um, still going with Fury. Pre-Ruiz Joshua vs this Fury, maybe he’d have a chance, but New Joshua is too cautious which would play right into the faster Fury’s hands.

AJ has always had a chance and I always thought with Hill training Fury, AJ had an even better chance of catching 'Mr Kronk Big Dog'.

But Fury takes AJ about ten times more seriously, so he's not showing up in the state and form we just witnessed.

Why do people think Fury is going to treat AJ like the UFC fighter?

Too many ppl are influenced by "recentism". Like most I thought Fury would win but unlike many didn't think it would be some walk in the park. I was torn between a Fury mid to late round stoppage and a decision. Near the end I was leaning toward a decision, which is what happened. The problem was that too many thought Fury would win in a romp. When I got to know FN better, I was like hmmm.

I'd like to see gun shy AJ (and other top 10 HWs) in there vs. Ngannou  Some ppl here act like Francis was just a bodybuilder or some ex (US) football player. He was a fighter and MMA HW champ. Last I looked, boxing was part of MMA  I also think Fury took FN lightly.

Unless Fury has aged overnight, at this moment I pick Fury over AJ. Might be a competitive & entertaining bout too.

I'd still favour Fury however if AJ can capture old form and let his hands go (Big ask these days) then I'd give AJ a big chance of a win.
