Before the fight zhang said ngannou does not even has a punchers chance .

Good question if he would look better against ngannou that evening .

 

Zhilei already started to embarrass the division but more softly : old yet still beat both the so-called young prospect Hrgovic and Joe Joyce.

Joe Joyce is old too at least (but Zhilei is still older).

 

Hrgovic took him in deep waters, handled all of his shot and won, Joe Joyce was number 3 in the world and only managed to survive 9 rounds in 2 fights.

 

I don’t think Hrgovic took him in deep waters. Zhang took the fight to Hrgovic but gassed later on as he tends to. I personally think Zhang won but it was a close enough fight. What irritated me about Hrgovic that night was the lack of urgency and fighting within himself. He has the tools but seems to coast a bit.

 

Zhang would have sent Ngannou to the ICU. Fury should have, but instead trained in a pie factory as I predicted he would.

 

Then Zhang and Ngannou should fight let’s see what happens.

Zhang is right of course. And he would put a dent in Fury's face any day of the week and twice on a Sunday.

 

He didn't just disgrace pro boxing, he killed it with his pathetic performance.

Unless another pro boxer completely outclasses Ngannou, RIP boxing.

You think fight ended up to 12 rounds decision naturaly? Hrgovic whole tactic was to get him to the deep water. You didnt even watch the fight, probably just DAZN highlights.

You imply Zhang dominated the fight, if he was to dominate he would have won, and it wouldnt be controversial at all. Hrgovic fought tacticaly unlike Joyce, defensevly in the first 6 round, knowing he would gass. After that he did 3x the amount of punches than Zhang did.

Also, gassing out is result of going all in in the first 6 rounds. Zhang had the wrong approach and Hrgovic used it to make the fight to decision, also Hrgovic didnt underestimate him, he knew he cant KO, thus the lack of urgency.

Also, Hrgovic father died, nobody talks about that. After all, after the fight first it was Hrgovic win, then it was a draw, then it was a close split decision, then it close Zhang fight (pure robbery by judges), now the narative has changed towards pure dominance by Zhang. Narative pushed by the same pople that hyped up Joyce to the sky, aswell as Fury.

 

The father thing I do sympathise with. As for the fight, I watched the whole fight live. As a neutral as well - something you are clearly not. I said it was a close fight but if you cannot see why many thought Zhang won that fight then there is no point discussing further as you clearly can’t look objectively. Also, Hrgovic looked poor in his last fight too.

Yeah he didn't contradict himself - he thought it would be easy, and then was angry at Fury for f'ing up so badly. Because it should've been that easy.
