    Fairly entertaining scrap and you have to admire Benavidez's toughness and moxie. Jermallo didn't look rusty and performed well

    We have to cut him some slack because of the long layoff and the personal problems but by the same token he, as is often the PBC way, dragged a light punching 154 pounder at best up in weight who was so much smaller than him and then missed weight by a whopping 3lbs.

    The fact he couldn't even get Benavidez out of there is a bad look for him given the huge size disparity. He can obviously crack but this is the 5th opponent in his last 6 fights to take him the distance and the lone guy he did stop is a small 154 pounder.

    No, Jermall cannot obviously crack. He's literally never cracked a relevant opponent. Jermall is, like possibly all of PBC, a hypejob.

    I don't like Charlo but I didn't think he performed badly. He's not going to be much of a threat to the top guys but he wasn't bad.

    You can see the punches are heavy but his power is overrated by many.

    He's a good fighter but the KO% of his opponents is embarrassing and he's never fought a legit puncher who is world class. Dev is the closest but he's an accumulation guy.

    Thought I'd be going for Benavidez. But quickly changed that once I saw Jermall about to walk in. To have that amount of time out, and go through what he did and come back and put on that performance, unreal!!!!!! If only Jermell had the same heart.

    But, his brother has won back some pride and respect for both of them. Well done. I love the Charlo's.
