Agyarko comfortably ahead but being made to work for it. Neither man hurt yet.

 

Decent enough scrap this without really catching fire too much. Good fight for Agyarko to have at this stage of his career.

 

Boxrec shows Crocker and McKenna born in the same cities, living in the same cities Belfast, United KIngdom yet McKenna's nationality is down as Irish.

Is this allowed for British Citizens living on the King's soil?

Always thought that British citizens are issued with British Passports.

 

That was the best Agyarko has looked so far IMO. After the first 4 rounds I thought he was showing signs that he might wilt under the pressure as the fight went on but he took control of the fight from round 5 onwards and boxed well without ever really hurting Williamson. Was a a bit disappointed with Williamson too, his workrate and intensity seemed to fade pretty early. Still don't think Agyarko is the heavy puncher that some claim he is.

 

Think it was part of the good Friday agreement that they can choose an Irish passport if they wish. I'm not certain if that's factual but think I've heard that.

 

That 96-94 card for Williamson is wild!
