Who are some boxers that had a big change in fighting style from one fight to the next, and won?

I was recently thinking of Leo Santa Cruz, and I remembered his performance in the Frampton rematch. He had a very smart game plan and executed it perfectly. Something I didn’t think he was capable of doing, sticking and moving. And as far as I know he had the same corner, too.

    Who are some others?

    Joshua in the Ruiz rematch.
Leigh Wood in the Lara rematch.

Bit of a theme in those two.

Macho Camacho was a heavier puncher at 130 than he was at 135...from the fight with Roque Montoya to the Jose Luis Ramirez one he became more defensive and less aggressive. People say it was the Rosario fight but it was really the Ramirez fight.

Bernard Hopkins went from an aggressive boxer-puncher to a defensive counterpuncher.

Regardless of the fighter and their ability to adapt or change style they will revert to type if the going gets tough.

AJ - Ruiz 2, Fury - Wilder 2, but Fury had a couple of fights between so that may not count.
