Another Holyfield matchup: Morrison

Morrison winning? In this instance it’s only possible if Holyfield lets it happen.

 

If they are both truly at their best then Evander picks up a stoppage win. Might be a fun brawl for several rounds

 

Good match up. I see Morrison troubling Holyfield until he runs out of gas.

 

Holyfield beats the **** out of overrated Tommy. Takes more than a left hook to beat Holyfield and Tommy wasn't much more than that.

 

Morrison loses by knockout, as he only lost. He would be a nice addition to Holyfield's resume.

 

Holyfield is simply too good and reliable to ever be beaten by a Morrison. I'd take him all day everyday here. Even if he ended up in trouble or on the canvas he'd win, guaranteed.

 

If Holyfield could beat 96 Tyson who is like a better Morrison, he beats the actual Morrison even easier.

Holyfield batters him to a Mid-To-Late Stoppage after losing the early rounds. Holyfield had a good left hook of his own & it'd be funny if he stopped Morrison with a left hook. Looks similar to the Moorer II fight.

Holy KO mid rounds. It might be a fun fight but I can see no circumstance in which Morrison is victorious

 

If Morrison is landing like Cooper, he'd win, but he wouldn't last in the trenches like Cooper did. I can see this turning into a great brawl but Holyfield would not be the one melting in the fire. TKO7

 

That's what I was thinking, Tommy hit much harder than Cooper and if his hook catches Evander he's going down. Now keeping him there is another matter.

 

This. Morrison had technique and big power so he has a chance in this. That said, you have to favour Holyfield, let's be honest.
