Jeff Fenech and Azumah Nelson. First fight was a draw even though many agree it should have gone to Fenech. Rematch was a different story though.
Gene Fullmer vs Dick Tiger. They fought three times in a row and by the third fight, Fullmer realized he wasn't going to win the physical battle with Tiger and he actually tried to box which did not work. Fullmer was stopped in the 7th round.
usually one of the two pressure fighters goes on the back foot chavez vs lockridge fullmer vs basilio armstrong vs arizmendi and garcia gozalez vs sor rungvisai but sometimes they just go chest to chest and exchange non stop myung woo yuh vs demarco corrales vs castillo basilio vs demarco
Canelo vs GGG. First fight GGG was the one who played the relentless pressure fighter and forcing Canelo to back up. The second fight the roles were reversed where Canelo forced GGG to fight more on the back foot. The third fight happened too late and was more of a case of GGG being way past it.
Holyfield vs Tyson. Style wise they might not be pressure based, but mentality wise they are because both only like to push forward until they can break the other guy. This fight was more or less even until the knockdown in round 6. Tyson slowly gased out after that, then Holyfield caught him with a big right and that was the end of it.
Castillo - Corrales: An awesome slugfest. Ricky Hatton v Iron Twin Urango - an ok fight. Lots of punches a bit scrappy at times.
Zivic vs a faded Armstrong. Zivic took Henry's title and then successfully defended in an immediate rematch. Armstrong later secured a consolation arrange by beating Fritzie in a non tole fight.
Mugabi vs Hagler was a great pressure fight. Pushed both fighters to the limit. This content is protected
