No robbery will be necessary. He's gonna get melted. I'd be happy to see anyone beat Wilder..................this simply will not be so.............at least not this fight.................
Parker is generously Joe Bugner level. Never checked into the fight against Joshua, lost to Whyte, lost to Joyce, arguably lost to Chisora in their first fight. Outboxers who give Wilder space and time to work are just his type. This is where his limited but concerted skill set actually gets the chance to work. It's when you put Wilder in any kind of situation outside of his comfort zone that he starts to splash around like a mongrel fish. Careful matchmaking and the state of the heavyweight typically allowed his team to avoid that up until the cherry pick gone wrong in Fury went on the front foot.
I disagree I don't think the judges will be needed for this. The Joe Joyce fight showed Joseph Parker is not invincible and unlike Tyson Fury I don't think Parker has his world class recovery skills. Wilder at some point in this fight connects with his right hand and it's all over.
You can count one one or two hands the number of former heavyweight champs who, at the age of 38 or older, have scored a WIN against a top rated heavyweight. The number of heavyweights who have scored a KO over a ranked heavyweight at 38 or older goes down to only a handful - Wlad, Vitali, Foreman ... and basically that's it. A win by Wilder (even on points) would be a HUGE achievement, given his age and the history of the division. A KO win by Wilder over the 31-year-old, #5 ranked Ring heavyweight is arguably one of the best wins by an aging former heavyweight champ EVER. Maybe only Foreman KOing Moorer or Wlad KOing Pulev would be better (depending on whether you think Moorer or Pulev are better than Parker.)
There's too much pressure for Wilder vs AJ so at least one of them will lose tonight due to the pressure
Andy Lee said they'll fight fire with fire which I think is a good strategy. I just don't know if Parker has the temperament.
The fight is tomorrow night buddy. The writings on the wall with this fight. Parker is much improved since the losses and Wilder is damaged goods after Fury fights. Parker is getting robbed
I want to see what happens to iron chinned Parker when Wilder death touches him Wilder might be the first man in history who has nobody who can handle his power. There is normally someone who can handle the power or just straight up outbox you to avoid it. So far it took a titan of a man, probably one of the best heavies ever to defeat him. I think Wilder has the devil in his pocket. If he death touches Parker I don't think there is anyone who can take a clean shot off him without hitting the deck.
Pulev has never been a world champion so I think it would be a better win than Wlad's over Pulev, however Moorer was a 3 time heavyweight champion a feat which headliner and 2 time heavyweight champion AJ wants to match.
