    He avoided much of the division or at least his management ensured he avoided much of the division, wins over Ortiz who has an ever thinner resume than Wilder and the losses to Fury left a big question mark as to where to ranked in this era, but this loss suggest he wasn't even top 5 in this era.

    Would he have beaten prime Whyte, Chisora, Ruiz, hell even Takam all these guys gave Parker tougher fights than Wilder.

    He’s still a dangerous guy, he’s just not as good as many (including myself thought). This is what happens when you fight d and c level guys your whole career and step up. Fury’s legacy looking shaky now.

    I've been saying this for years.

    Wilder is a hypejob who's main hypeman is Tyson Fury who is another overrated fighter.

    This was his best opponent outside of Fury.
