Gassiev had no training camp and no sparring partners - Abel Sanchez

    According to Abel Sanchez Gassiev had no training camp, and only had a 300 pound orthodox sparring partner.

    Makes sense to me, the fight was announced super short notice (1-2 weeks before), and Gassiev looked terrible.

    Thoughts?

    My thoughts about Abel Sanchez are that he never won his major fights with his boxers. And is always showing up with some excuses.

    Abel Sanchez is a clown lucky enough to have a prime GGG walk into his gym. Fighters should stay well away from him.

    I dont see how any half decent heavyweight could possibly lose to Wallin based off of tonight's performance.

    He was probably having big problems with McKean in sparring and they only had 6 weeks to prepare. Whyte had only fought one southpaw, a journeyman early in his career. Whyte will probably be kicking himself now, which is funny.

    It hurts me badly to say this, but Gassiev may be done. The power in the hook just isn't there anymore.

    What's funny is that if Wallin hadn't lost to the bodybuilder, the Gassiev fans would swear he'd destroy Wallin had that fight not already happened
