Im almost over it, I was depressed for a week I won't lie about that.

I don't know maybe we should have some fun with this. I was picking Margo by late stoppage for months and even fighting with my own Mexican family during the fight because they were rooting for Cotto!

 

me too Benny Blanco , but hey im not going to be depressed forever , even Cotto said it isnt the end of the world, live goes on ...

 

Cotto trained his ass off and fought the best he could for 10 hard rounds, respect the man for that, im glad he lost because i had $$$ on Margo, but he should still be respected in PR for his gallant effort..
And yes life does go on Cotto needs at least 6 months to recover and will fight on and keep winning as long as he avoids Margarito..

i'm also almost over it. however, it's hard to get over it when i have to look at this gay ass avatar for the next 2 months.

but i was depressed for a little over a week. hell, i still havent rewatched the fight even though i have it recorded. now that cotto has been having interviews and seems to be in good spirits, i'm better now.

i guess that's what happens when you've been following a fighter since around his 8th fight.

 

Yeah I hear you JL, I've been following Cotto around the same time I remember it was this Mexican kid that put me on about Cotto in the Yahoo Messanger boxing chat room "In The Ring."

 

I could understnd if he was getting his ass handed to him or got beatdown ala
Cintron but to be taking this guy to school the way he was to have all the elements of victory and lose to a guy because you ran out of gas. Cintron will never beat Margo simple. I am just not convinced Cotto cant beat this guy. I will wait for a rematch if he loses then I will accept it but for now Im not convinced. I am having trouble accepting it. Cotto is a better fighter.
