Luis Faustino Pires (fought Bonavena, Ernie Terrell, Ron Lyle, Foreman) was a police officer in Brazil.

 

Ray Lunny III became a police officer on the west coast and I believe Clint Jackson was in law enforcement as well until he ran into some issues.

 

Also, Marvin Johnson was a Deputy Sheriff in Indy.

 

George KO Brown turned into a police officer after his career ended. He fought pretty much everyone there was to fight, albeit mostly in losses.

Chris Eubank snr is some sort of honorary sheriff for somewhere in America, and wears his badge rather proudly. In fact I think rather insanely. Again, not sure if that counts.
