Unfortunate as he is still a young man. It goes to show how much a robbery takes out of a fighter.
He puts his heart and soul into boxing only to get robbed in Mexico I can’t blame him for his decision.
It’s all well and good for gronks to say things like “close fights aren’t robberies” “run it back” like it is just that simple.

Shame, I only saw him fight twice but he has a very exciting aggressive style and was really fun to watch. You could hear the power in his shots. I felt really bad for him after he was robbed blind against Gollaz. Great fight and Gollaz is as tough as old boots but he clearly lost that fight and the fact the two neutral judges were replaced the day of the fight IIRC with hometown ones shows you what was up.

He should still fight if his health is in full tact. He's got the talent and the tools. He'll regret it.

I think he may get back in the game. I hope he's got good health as obviously that's the most important thing.

    Good Fighter and Good bloke.

It’s a shame we won’t get a big Aussie showdown between Spark and Paro to determine who is Montana Love’s real father.

The Machine, the Establishment, the powers that be set out to break that young hungry lion's spirit, ruin that Aussie brother's career as it was just about to hit warp speed, in order to try and sabotage the rise of Down Under boxing to prevent them from becoming a global super power like Great Britain and surpassing US boxing.

They've been doing the same to us Brits for decades

But they made a huge mistake going after us Brits because obviously we produce the fiercest warriors in the world and when you declare war on the tribes of Great Britain you sign your own death warrant

Deep Aussie brother Jai Opetaia who is also an honorary Brit now after passing his two steps up to Brit Level with flying colours is coming to hit The Machine where it hurts - right in the testicles

I think Montana Love was damaged goods by the time Liam Paro got to him. Either that, or Liam Paro is a lot better than I thought he was. After beating Montana Love in his hometown & doing the same to the Mexican, Stevie should be top 5 in the world rankings. Instead, he was stuck on a shelf - too good for anyone to fight & not rewarded in the rankings for his strong performances.

Agree, first thing that comes to mind is his health? Very early to be bringing the curtains down!

I always hated that, straight after a gut wrenching robbery, " run it back ", GTFOH! The dude sacrifices and trains, prepares, like a maniac, for that night, he might never be the same again. Just look at Jeff Fenech.

Yep it’s like they think a rematch fixes everything it’s obviously casuals that have no boxing or training experience themselves

Only the ignorant say “run it back” like it’s no big deal.
