He mentioned Golovkin as an example of a fighter who maintained as he aged, but Beterbiev is a bigger man with absolutely crushing power. The higher up you go in weight, the more those attributes last.

Plus he lives a year round spartan lifestyle, kind of like Khabib and those guys. No drinking, no partying, no degenerate behaviour on holidays etc.

The booze can't be underestimated. Hell, it's easy enough looking at my friend groups to see the light drinkers have generally aged much better than the heavy drinkers. The fittest I've ever been in my life was when I cut the booze right down, and the best I could ever manage is a month off at a time.

I'd say never having had an alcoholic drink at 38 is cutting a few years off you on its own.

These were already illegal and the same old problem is still there.

Greed has resulted in the creation of this issue and driven millions of people to the criminals.

It takes months and months of legal action to ban sites but only take seconds for thousands more to appear with VPNs rendering the ban of ISPs ineffective.

The only effective way to tackle this issue is to drive down the number of subscriptions, significantly reduce the cost of subscriptions and the abolition of Box Office.

This 'ban' is about as effective as Tony Bellew having a whank wearing boxing gloves while listening to Z Cars on mute.
