At cruiserweight. Still potential to happen down the line with the Saudis.

    Who wins and how?

Briedis takes him apart and stops him late. Quite frankly, this version possibly could as well.

Do you know that Beterbiev beat Hunter ? Beat Usyk and still people giving him no chance against Briedis ?

i dont think he has no chance but amateurs are totally different, usyk grew and filled in later in life and the LHW-CW jump is the rarest and possibly hardest in the sport. hes also not massive and briedis has taken big power before.

Oh... you mean back in 2007, a year after he lost to Shawn Porter? A bit deceptive with that one aren't you senpai? The Beterbiev and Usyk as we know them, Artur went 0-2 against Oleksandr.

    Beterbiev loses a competitive decision.

What are you talking about? SMW-LHW is full of guys who kill themselves to make the weight have have done well when they've made the jump. Beterbiev would be a medium sized CW, there are plenty of fighters his size or smaller who have done well there.

    That's a tough shout!

Breidis pushed a peak Usyk really hard - a bigger and better Usyk than the one that Beterbiev pushed hard.

I think Beterbiev would be competetive, but prime Mairis had all the raw ingredients to beat Beterbiev at his own game.

I think i'd go Breidis in an absolute classic war!

Prime for prime I pick Breidis

    Now I pick Beterbiev

I have learned not to underestimate AB or his ring IQ

    Pedigree counts

It wasn't that long ago that Breidis was begging Jake Paul for a payday

I'm simply not sold on Beterbiev as a CW. The CW's (the top level) are effectively HW's, I think his physicality would fail him as there are a number of CW's who's physicality and size dwarfs his...............And Briedis is the best or 2nd best of them.

He took shots from Dorticos, Mike Perez (an actual HW who damn near killed someone then dropped down), Opetaia, Huck's shots...........so the Beterbiev will tank him thing, nah, not against him, I think prime Briedis is a bridge too far.

The old adage, "A good bigger man beats a good smaller man" is very applicable here.
