Disappointing. His opponent Dilan Prasovic has been stopped in an early round 3 times. He was even KOed by an octopus. Luis Ortiz although he's old would be a more interesting opponent. Top Rank is more invested in Anderson, and won't pay for decent opponents for Jalolov. They've done it to many non-American boxers in the past - sign them, then have them fight meaningless opposition for years until they decline.
If I was on that Saudi board of sports I would take my unlimited budget and tell those jabronis trying to fight journeymen to take a hike
I know right, is this guy any better than Curtis Harper? Nevertheless when he wins there will be idiots calling him top ten, the goat, most avoided fighter blah blah.
This content is protected Not a bad heavyweight matchup. Wardley looked good in his last fight. Clarke has a very good amateur record, but I'm not sure how well he'll do as a pro.
I think this fight will come down to who wants it more on the night. Wardley has won fights he probably should have lost on heart/toughness alone, so it would be silly to count him out here even though Clarke has an edge in skill and experience.
Why don't you find a gay website to post on? Most of us here are hetero, we don't want to see your homosexual posts.
I'm all for a big tent. But I have to admit ... these narratives of boxing greatness based on subjective homosexual criteria, as opposed to sporting criteria, are kind of annoying.
