Too bad Thurman and Tszyu couldn't fight for some of those vacant belts later this month.

I'll be surprised if we see him fight again and honestly who cares. He was never anything special, showed little real desire to win vs Canelo and ducked Tszyu. Boxing doesn't need him. Time to move on and let the next generation of fighters take over.

The only time I'm happy with a ducking is when it is done by a boxer leaving the division or retiring.

If he'd have stayed champ and carried on ducking Tszyu we'd have had a situation like we did with Canelo and Benavidez.

Atleast this way the division isn't held up and we can all view Tszyu as the best out there. Hopefully he unifies himself and has a long reign.

If Tim wins the vacant belt and defends it, his title defenses will count won't they? Of coarse they will.

Left the sport in shame ducking Timmy from Sydney and running like a coward from canelo.

Crawford should move up to 154 and go for a belt.

I think Charlo is done with boxing. He's going to be like Andy Ruiz.

He lost his fire and I doubt it'll ever come back.

Weak move by the WBA keeping him on as Champion in Recess. He should have just been stripped and removed from their rankings for inactivity.

Now that Mell has vacated his championship, I'd say yes they do.

Can't have 5 different people all claiming to be world champions making successful defences in 1 division though, waters it down terribly.
