I noticed the lack of highlights of Lewis online, so I decided to make one. This content is protected Most of the highlights are from the first Basham fight, which I think is by far Lewis' best technical performance. Seems like he's in more of a mood to slug against McCormick and Gummer.
I guess, before the Basham fight, he went to a doctor and guess what he told him? He said "Ted, you better have some fun, no matter what you do." But Lewis proclaimed that doctor to be a fool. He was warned a second time, briefly before his famous Seven Hours, Fifteen Days Fight. But, again, Lewis did not heed the medical warning about fun. "In my opinion, these days, fighters wanna have too much fun. That's all they really want. When are they gonna live their life right? We're not the fortunate ones-us fighters. It ain't us." God, that Ted Lewis was a man.
